Oral presentation instructions (PowerPoint)

Presentation format
All presentations will be via PowerPoint. Apple Mac may not be fully supported – please export the presentation as ppt/pptx. You are expected to submit your PowerPoint electronically in advance via the link below.

The deadline for uploading your presentation is June 1st.
If you need assistance with preparing your presentation, please let us know at least four weeks before the conference and our programme committee will offer you advice through our mentoring system. You will need to have internet access for this facility to be set up for you.

Upload your presentation
You will receive an email with a link to upload. Please follow the link that you have received via email to upload your presentation. Double-check that the Abstract ID matches the submission. Note that you can only upload one file per submission.
If you have more than one scheduled presentation then please follow each individual link sent to your email.
